Worst customer service ever in a printer store. Brought a laster printer. The store staff is unable to install the printer in the pc. And later on once the payment is done they are giving me appointments to come on so and so time if you want service. Really pathetic services. I won’t recommend anyone to buy from here.

Highly disappointed with the service. I went for blank screen display problem. First they told its hardware issue. Charged me 1800/- bucks, never give the receipt and gave me the laptop next day. Same day the screen went blank again. I again went. This time they told its some software issue. The person who repairs is rude and talks as if he is doing some charity work or working for free. My laptop again got the same problem after working for 2 days. Atleast they should tell if the problem is permanent, or if they are not able to catch the issue. Not expected this unprofessionalism from company outlet service.
