Probable the worst hotel I've ever visited.nPros :nYes room was cleannNice spacious roomsnCons :nNo restraintnNo proper safe parking, they don't have have proper parking you just need to park in front of the hotel which was very upsettingnFood was not at all good and quantity was rubbish. We were 3 and when we asked for toast they gave us 3 SLICE OF BREAD FOR BREAKFAST!!! MILK WAS AS SMOOTH AS WATER.nWe booked executive room and they didn't provide any of the facilities mentioned (. Iron, hair dryer, wTer bottle, kettle etc) we had to ask for every single thing.. Bath utilities in bathroom were all very old and stuck in the dispenser. Overall a very bad pathetic experience. Booked via goibibo, I suggest the manager to remove this hotel from their app.

Nice Hotel but worst service I've experienced. They are representing Fern Group but actually they ruined name of it. They didn't understand the term MEDICAL EMERGENCY in this current situation. Reception staff was rude and never responded on time.
