Moderate facility in first floor and decent facility in second floor.nCar parking is ok only during non peak days. On special days/Saturday's - early bird catches the worm.nMake sure you have this facilities manager number, as vehicles are blocked during special occassions/ Saturday's and allowed only if some one from here escorts you.

Nice room with 3 bead where 6 can sleepnEven hot water available

I stayed in double deluxe room.nPros: Very near to Nalankulam.nHas ample car parking space.nGood response for queries.nnCons:nBed was not comfortable, as the plastic cover (new bed protection cover) which was very uncomfortable.nTV was projector type which was very good, but for clear view, room should be dark, only good to watch at night.
