Vigneshwara Residency

We got very negative experience while staying in this hotel.nWe went for pilgrimage to temple of Shani Dev at these 13 of december 2020 dates and were promised with comfort of hot water and assistance if needed at Vigneshwara Residency. We emphasized importance of having hot water in the room as we knew that we might not find it in some hotels at the site. The personnel ensured us that we will have it.nAfter a blessed day at the temple, we hoped for shower and then good rest as well, but didn't find even 1 single drop of hot water in the bathroom. Personnel of the hotel couldn't fix anything and manager was not in, of course.nWhile checking out, we were asked to pay full amount for our stay, even though personnel knew that they didn't provide comfort as it was promised and we complained about it.nAll that time the manager was missing.nAlso manager didn't respond properly when we tried to communicate with him about what happened and request to reimburse some amount of money of the price paid for stay as a donation to Shani Dev temple for our inconvenience.nWe don't recommend this place for pilgrims to stay in.nThey promise with what they are not able to provide, they don't care to fix the problem and they have very poor communication with customers.

The room was excellent and clean. Very close to Thirunallar temple. Service also good and The works response even at midnight also. Must try if you’re visit thirunallar.

Place is okay but kind of small for my liking.....for the price I could have got a much bigger room......the room was not clean enough for a normal room.....tv was not working at all.....ac cooling was satisfactory......with more than 2 people would be inadequate....... toilet was pathetic....there has been worms on the toilet.....car parking was fine..... water heater was there which is a great plus to be honest (made me satisfactory).....and else nothing much to say about
