Nice hotel with all amenities. Very courteous staff. Impressive ambience.Good food. It is really very good for a small town like Karaikal. Don't hesitate to stay. Of Course parking lot is very small for such a nice hotel.

From room boy to receptionist and those who work in restaurant are very friendly and helpful.nRooms are old and not enough light.nfood is not satisfactory.

Clean and sanitized rooms with all amenities. Helpful staff and arrangement for travel in collaboration with local cabs saves a lot of time. Food options for dinner to be improved to include more south indian dishes as most items available are from North India which only few guests might opt for.

Nice Room and excellent customer service. Staffs Ameen and Mani are very polite and helpful.

No proper car parking, 7 a.m. when I ordered for coffee, it was not served. And they said to take it with breakfast..nEmployees not wearing mask....n100 gram of fried rice cost rs. 200. Morning breakfast not sufficient and coffee not at all hot though in flask.nOnly the interior of hotel is good
