Hotel is not overall good. Some rooms are not clean and you can find damp. Toilets are tiny no geyser is available. Hotel area is not good because there is a slum area just beside the hotel and railway stn is nearby

Hotel Krishna is on Main road of Mathura Junction Station. Location is good but Owner and other people's behaviour is not good. I booked two rooms for 24th of December. But when i checked in he told that upstairs rooms are booked so on ground floor he kept one room for us. He didn't say that time but later he charged from 23rd of December only by saying that he locked that down room only for us. He gave two rooms up stairs in night. We stayed one night only but including two up stairs room he charged for down room also for one night.nSome more point i want to tell for the visitors.n1) They are accepting only cash payment, No card.n2) They will provide TOWEL and SOAP only if somebody will ask.n3) They cant serve Breakfast before 9:30 am or evening Tea before 6:30pm.n4) If you will book room on phone call for one night they will charge you for two nights by saying that they kept reserved it for you only.n5) Owner's body language and gesture is unbearable. Other working staff's are also rough and rude.n6) I suggest to go for another better hotel to get better facility by paying less than Hotel Krishna.
