I was a loyal customer to reliance jewel, but after my latest purchase, I was extremely disgusted.nnI wanted to purchase 3 necklaces of same design on the price that was fixed before (price of the 1 item that was present at the Showroom). They took 80% advance amount saying that the balance 20% will be taken later. But after a week of delivery, I was shocked to know that the prices were increased by 40%. Now my advance amount stuck with them, I had no option to back off, as I was running late for the function where I would need them for gifting. I had to purchase the product at the price that was inflated after I had paid the advance amount.nnThey disregarded their commitment made to a customer. Even small sellers in the town don't behave like this. They respect their customers in a much better way.nnSorry Reliance Jewels, you lost a customer today. I would rather go to Tanishq, Shahjahanpur for future purchases.
