Rooms are good.nBut not worth what we pay for.nNo options for breakfastnRoom service is not available and food order takes 1 and 1/2 hour to 2 hours to be servednNot even satisfied with the experience

Had a great time at The Rope By Swifthill Hotels & Resorts. Hotel staffs are so down to earth and friendly. It was like our home away from home. The rooms were properly cleaned & sanitised. The owner of this place made sure that our stay in hotel was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a comfortable and peaceful stay.

A bit away from the town. Nice place to stay with the family. Polite staff. Tasty food.nBut the rooms are small.Rest everything about this property is excellent.

Very good rooms,Good food,Very good ambience.Veey well behaved staff.A ton of thanks to Manjitaji & Nikitaji-the two ever smiling sweet ladies of the front desk , who are always at their toes to slolve any problem with a smile at any time of the day.definitely shall visit again with my family in very near future.Thanks to Manjita & Nikita again for their unconditional helping attitude.God bless them.

Staffs are very nice and friendly ...rooms r well maintained and clean..I will insist if sm1 is going to darjelling stay there ....
