The hotel is situated exactly near the Taxi stand. It is easy to carry the baggages to the hotel as many hotels would be far and you will have to carry the baggages all the way to hotel... Hotel service is also very good. Staffs are helpful. Food is delicious. Everything was perfect and hygiene...

The well behaved staffs, location and the cleanliness of the property was overwhelming. More specifically they care for your privacy. The hotel is easily accessible from Darjeeling station and at 10min walking distance from Chowrasta and Mall. One thing they have to improve is the food quality. The food price is a bit higher according to teast. Anyway overall good experience.

Just ok hotel. Rooms are clean but not that great looking. Don't get fooled by the pictures they post on different booking websites. You can get view of the mountains only from luxury rooms.nFood was not good at all.

Good and polite staff but place was really cold and no room heater were available.
