This rest house is a safe place inside the Jhirna Zone where I could stretch their legs once out of the Safari Jeep.nnThey serve Maggi Noodle, Tea and Cream Rolls for a quick bite.nThe Tea could definitely be improved ud83dude1cnnThe stay options are decent accommodation and include 4 Jeep Safaris over 2 days included. Best probability for sighting the wild animals in Jhirna Zone.
If you want five star jungle safari and want to stay in five star hospitality then this place is not for you.. it is without electricity , don't worry they have solar panels and inverter but it lasts for only few hours in winters.. food is bare minimum but good.. but this detachment from world is one of the reasons you go in Forests..

Its a very well maintained property in the midst of the forest. The roads towards the rest house is one awesome bummpy ride (only if you like off roading). The staff was polite and manage to cook whatever we took with us. The surrounding is thickly covered with dense forest which adds to to the rest house cool location. The nights are pretty dark so you shld not dare to venture out. Mornings stroll around the house is relaxing as you can watch and listen to variety of exotic birds on the near by trees.
Stayed at Jhirna FRH for 2 nights in one room with a family of 4 in April'21. This is located some 8 KM+ in from the Dhela gate.nnThe accommodation is basic , has 2 rooms which can be booked online and another 2 offline reserved for the forest officials.nnThe 2 rooms have a common area with sofa and charging points. Good for photographers , not so good if you are looking for comfortable stay. Fortunately , unlike Sultan FRH, the rooms have fan .. the bathroom is big. One room is good for 2 pax , can be cramped with more members and luggage.nnThe attendants are on the job , they provide the food and housekeeping services. The food is available per pax , breakfast - 250 , Lunch - 300 , dinner - 300. Children under 11 - 50%. Driver - 100 each meal.nnAbout the FRH , once you step outside , it's bliss. There are training elephants in the campus, all nicely fenced. A lot of birds right within the campus. The safari experience is amazing , birding is great in the Jhirna range.
