If you are a teacher or healthcare worker. Port authority wants you to know you don’t matter. Your health and getting to work is second to the bus driver. The driver is the only person on the bus that gets 6 feet of space. They will even tell you to move away and sometimes there is nowhere to move. They constantly fill the bus up, instead of sending multiple. WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR?! They are violating CDC guidelines and this will be brought to the attention of the health department and other federal entities.
The saturday/sunday buses seemed to always be late for the shedules tht they set. i still need to go to work on the weekends

The bus drivers are almost always polite, professional, and helpful. Buses are not always on time, but are mostly consistent to the posted arrival time. I appreciate this service.
Ive just spent the morning riding around in circles, missing connections, and getting talk very much down to by ignorant and rude driver! Ive been riding for 3 years and alway lookup the route and times of my trips to new places. Using the app today had me on wrong buses and those wrong buses were over 15 mins late. Awful public service!
