It was a terrible experience I've had at this service center. These guys doesn't understand what our problem is but try to experiment something. I've walked in twice and i myself diagnosed the problem and told them to fix that. Whatever might be the explanations they've given, nothing is convincing and they've failed to keep the customer satisfaction at all!! Shame on you Mi. Before launching new and new models please look at millions of unsatisfied customers at these hundreds of service centers

MI service center. They were polite enough in listening to our concern. Spacious place. Can easily be located.
