Good place, okay rooms.nnBut unnecessary expensive foods and rooms.nnThe price of the food never justifies the service and the quality.nnRooms are charged around 6-7 k which in any case should not have been more than 3k.nnGood place, but could have been much better if the price could justify the service.

A well maintained resort with a beautifully manicured lawn and laid back atmosphere. The staff are polite and food is good. The location is a little difficult to find but as long as you have google maps, you are fine. Overall it is a great place to visit for the weekend.

So... m from Dibrugarh.. n trust me when i say this...I couldn't find any good resort close to Dibrugarh which offers good food , n is hygienic n that too at a reasonable price.. but then my friend from tinsukia suggested about CHAI SEEDS.. so i went there on my birthday to have a quiet peaceful retreat ..n MAN WAS I SURPRISED.. the resort was surrounded by tea gardens away from hustle n pollution..such a beautiful place . Rooms were hygienic.. but the best part was the food... simple recipes but it was damn tasty.nThe only downside is the poor internet connection..i would suggest to download movies,series if u plan to stay to just kick back n relax.. I DEFINITELY WILL GO BACK THERE AGAIN....

Location is good. But the way to reach, especially the connecting way is too poor. And its too costly. . .much costlier than many well doing resort in Tinsukia town. . .
