It is a historical site of Barhiya block. It was established in 1923. Here the meeting was done by the hero of freedom. Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of independent India, arrived in the annual celebration of 1929, this library has seen and witnessed the hospitality of many celebrities like Dr. Sri Krishna Singh, Ramdhari Singh Dinkar. Currently there are about 5000 books and About 18 paper magazines come out every month. But due to poor management in the last few years, its popularity has reduced.
