Working hours mentioned on Notice till 4 PM but its till 3:30 PM.nHalf of employees are not wearing masks and other half placed their masks on chin.nNo pen to fill forms.nSanitizer was kept away from customer reach.nnCash deposit vending machine works almost never. Been to deposit cash but never found this machine in working condition ever.nnGaurd at gate should be polite with customers.

This is one of the main branch of Axis bank here in Muzaffarpur, located in club road, near MFP museum, wheel chair accessible entrance, you can drive a car here, talking about the services, I found the work speed quite low in comparison from the other banks. But overall it is good.

This bank is not able to close one account properly, My Family member axis bank account got closed almost 6 months back and Closing Money draft is still not paid. They have misplaced the draft and not paying my hard earned Cash. Mithanpura Muzaffarpur Axis Bank Branch.
