this is the best place to stay in muzaffarpur. the room is awesome. front office staff of this hotel is well trained and highly educated industry professional. am especially thank to Mr.Arun for coordination. room service food was delicious but kitchen need to do sauté of capsicum ud83dude0a and make sure the availability of all the menu and the room service staff need more training.regarding payment method. i love to stay again.

Overall, I had a great experience with the The Grand Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
