Yes, very poor, please choose a way better hotel so as to make your self at least comfortable, very poor rooms, very poor service, zero hospitality .. and specially we pay for the rooms, its not free of cost, and we can get much more in that range,

If you want to stay nearest hotel in Chapra Railway Station you can stay. Otherwise services are not too good.
