Very poor and dirty rooms. No hygiene, at all. Very rude staff and owner. All they care is money. Very tiny rooms. I booked through airbnb where they listed the price of room as 1000 but since the payment wasn't received by them, they charged 1500 saying that is their offline price. Owner was very very rude and haggled for money. Didn't even provide hot drinking water in a cold season like this. Hamare eha nahi milta bahar se lana padta hai. They charged 500 extra saying we had checked in early, but the rooms were unclean and poorly maintained. The staff handed room just like that. When asked please change the bedsheet and clean the room, he brought three more bedsheet one was torn other two very untidy and dirty.All they care is about their money, no service at all. Never, I say never in your worst day, never check into the anand villa.nWe had to check out early to get rid of such a bad and negative place like that.

It was worst experience with this OYO.nNever expected from OYO this kind of service and amminities. It was a flat, modified, cleanliness,food,tea, coffee and the main washroom was disgusting. Flush wasn't working and many more can't explain. If there is negative rating for this kind of service surely will do. Charges were high according to facility.nNever expected this from OYO
