We had booked this hotel pre paid for stay in May 2020 but then the Covid19 happened and the Hotel is not refunding back the amount and not replying at all. While the hotel looks fine from infrastructure perspective but it lacks professionism at staff level and with no customer empathy. Be careful of that.
Very pathetic service and the staff were very rude. AC was not working properly and the bottled drinking water was expired. Would not recommend anyone.
Its such a neat and clean hotel at a good location. Very near to Karkardooma metro station and nearby a lot of food joints are available. Staff behaviour is so sweet and helpful. I will definately stay there next time.
It doesn't deserve one star even. Pathetic service
What an awesome hotel top rated service really supportive staff good way of talking and facilities are Damm gud ..room is type of luxury lift is there main road hotel good experience...nSome cons are also there but that's fine..
