Need to improved. No drinking water. Toilet with technical problem. Otherwise the rest is fine and comfortable

I had booked a room here so many days in advance through goibibo and i had also paid in advance. After 3 days journey from kerala, i struggled a lot to get here. It was located in a slum like street which was nasty. When i reached there and asked for the room, they were saying that there is no room available, sorry. I was like, what will i do? What about my money?. They told me to book another hotel. I was very tired and i stayed there. After so much talk, they told me to go to their friend's hotel. I took an auto and it was again costing my money. I somehow reached there and it was also full. I went crazy, called the goibibo care. Without any other option i booked another hotel.
