The experience is pathetic in this hotel. No service available . You will have to carry your luggage to 4th floor on your own. Even no service for water bottles in hotelnMost importantly the receptionist is taking the customers mobile and giving them the 5 star rating in the app without asking the customers. Due to which

There is A blood all over the bed looks like they don't change the bed sheets and floor was unclean and there is no system for hot water for bathing
