Hopeless services..it's a trap for the innocent tourist..drivers are very rude..drives very rashly..strictly not advisable to travel with this agencynnFirstly we paid an advance of 7k while booking the car a month before our travel. Secondly we paid 10k the moment we landed. So we paid more than half the cost of your service before our trip even started. We trusted you even before you trusted us which we regret big time. Secondly, when we alerted you regarding your driver's behaviour within 2 days of our trip, you accepted his fault, apologized and assured it won't happen again. So you putting false blames on us about our activities won't help you. In fact it will alert thousands of sensible customers reading this review of how you treat your customers.nnUse this review for the betterment of your business rather than acting childish. Wish you luck because you will need it.

This is by far the most pathetic cab/ driver service we have ever come across in our life. It was a nightmare for all four of us.n1st driver(Gurmeet) is the worst driver, very rude, will not tell anything to you, just stops the car and when you ask then he will say I want to eat/ smoke etc., he stopped almost 6 times between dharamsala and kasol and same he does for most of the trip when we complaint about him to Sangeeta(who booked the tour for us) she asked to speak to Raman who is manager of the place. When we highlighted his behaviour he didn’t accepted drivers mistake and instead was taking his sides. Gurmeet was such a nuisance that when we asked car number for parking he told ‘Mujhe nahi pata khud utar ke dekh lo’ in a moving car. He did all sorts of non sense including taking us 1 and a half hour late for our trek. We were so frustrated of him that we told Raman that we don’t want to continue with him mid way of the trip and we paid half amount to him. After that Raman suddenly became very polite and told us give me one day I will send another driver and we saw extreme switch in his behaviour. Then came next driver Ranjit, this guy was very mature and good. He also told us that Gurmeet takes some substance which is the reason for his behaviour and that he has already been suspended twice because of complaints against him. Raman - if you knew all this why would you send such a careless driver on a 8 day trip with couples. This is such an irresponsible behaviour of yours. Anyways last day of our trip, Ranjit expected that we will not see anything in Shimla And around and directly come back to Chandigarh when we asked him to take us to kufri he started to show his disagreement but then took us there then started another round of non sense from Raman and Sangeeta that you have to pay extra 1200 bucks for kufri which they never mentioned before in fact Raman himself told us to go to kufri. When we asked driver to take us to Mall Road he told it will be opposite now. So why do people go to Shimla just to stay at hotel. Seriously guys grow up.nAnyway we went to Mall Road after paying extra 500 bucks.nnYou guys should take this business seriously as it is customer facing and it all depends on hospitality. Buck up guys or you will end up loosing all your business.

WE CANCELLED TOUR WELL IN ADVANCE ON ADVICE OF OUR CUSTOMER AS COVID-19 CASES CAME TO KNOW . WE REQUESTED FOR REFUND 10 DAYS BEFORE LOCKDOWN ANNOUNCED.nWE ARE STILL WAITING FOR REFUNDS. INITIALLY THEY WERE ASKING TO GIVE SOME TIME TO PROCEED REFUNDS BY GIVING DIFFERENT REASONS .NOW THEY AVOID TO PICKUP OUR CALLS .WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND CUSTOMER AND TOO LOOSE REPUTATION AND RELATION WITH CUSTOMER DUE TO FAILURE OF REFUND BY THIS COMPANY.nSO THINK TWICE BEFORE PAYING ANY DEPOSIT TO THIS COMPANY.nTHAKKAR TRAVELS AND TOURS /THAKKAR HOLIDAYS -AHMEDABAD
