Terrible! Just cannot get through to their call centre. Waiting for over 20 minutes on hold THREE times! Excuse for delay is Corona Aunty!!! Pathetic!

Very bad customer service. Software issues, where they couldn't update driving licence detail, mobile number or any personal detail except email. The car was supposed to be picked at 6.am, we called them at 6 and then they said they do not have any mobile detail so they never assigned any driver!! Never go with them as it will take thousand phone calls to their customer care to get things sorted.

experience was good...but talking about their terms... they still have not returned my security money back.. its been 7 days, they are telling us that my money has been credited but its not..! so very bad experience if talking about security money..!

Got the delivery of car in early morning during fog. the agent showed the scratches on body but didnt showed the damage on wind screen. Now they are not returning the security. I will be going legal now.
