Good staff... but still need improvement ..

Not cooperative staff... They just want money

Takes too much or say unusual time in disposing the grivances of customers. Most of the times subscribers asked to visit time and again. staff not coopertive at all

The experience was good, was stuck with some issue, but ashima was able to helped me out.

Staff is not professional at all. Zero work ethics. I went for postpaid to prepaid conversion here. Instead of doing that they tried fooling me by telling me to get another postpaid connection for a period of four months and then get that converted into prepaid. There was a person sitting outside that very store running a small recharge shop who was much more qualified than the staff of this airtel store. He did the work in minutes and resolved my issue.
