Very very poor.. I was there in this hotel for nights and 4 days..n1. Room and bathroom was clean only on first day.. After that they never cleaned it,i have reminded them for few times about the cleaning..n2..there's no Menu for food at all.. They will give us whatever they want..Many times I asked them to change the food but they never did.. I felt like i was in a hostel..n3..The manager was very nice till we raised a complaint against their services..his behavior changed suddenly and was not ready to listen to me and he walked out and instead of solving issues he started blaming us for complaining..n4..No A/C ..they charge separate for heater/day..i definitely booked an AC room..n5..There was no toiletries but only soap.

Very nice place. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Polite staff and Management. Safe feeling for family. Easy to reach location. overall fantastic ambiance. Sure we will come back...

This place is right besides Nehru Kund bridge. The staff is very professional and Polite. Rooms are very neat and clean, towels provided were clean.nRooms are very spacious and has good and comfortable beds, has proper arrangements for sitting with a table, it also has kind of wooden flooring which helps keep room warn during winters. Lighting in the rooma are great has arrangements for din lights as well. Balcony is spacious and has a great view.nOverall rating has to be 5 ⭐

Amazing stay loved it view is also amazing all facilities provided by staff. Very cooperative staff very helpful staff. Great balkony view great food.

Location is awesome, near to Mountain's, Rooms are neat & tidy and talking about meals they are mouth watering, we have stay 3 night at Nehru Kund Heights and Mr Samad the manager Did his best, 10/10 for his team & stuff. Highly recommended for couples families and friends
