The hotel is managed by Tenzin and his family. What's the USP is the location and the level of facilities provided by them at such extreme conditions.nThis was the first winter season opened for tourists after the tunnel opened and man, they have managed it so well.n4G works better than in Delhiud83dude0anElectricity and heater works 24x7.nFood is simple yet tasty. We stayed on 1-Feb-2021 with our daughter (8 year old). Mr Tianzin and his wife are very co-operative, proactive and always eager for guest satisfaction. Even in extreme harsh conditions they are they only one who is running this property. Location wise its heavennWill visit again for sure once back in India. Place is worth every penny considering local conditions and services they offer.

Amazing place to stay. Thanks to Mr Tenzin, owner very cooperative and helpful.nnI went with my parents, senior citizen & temperature was -19 degree at night. He make sure they don't face problems in this harsh condition.nnEven though it's offseason but best time to visit is February March for Snow & April till September to enjoy the Mountain views.nnHighly recommended, reasonable price, all basic facilities are available.nnDon't expect luxury in winters as it's very difficult to provide basic facilities but they are doing their best.nnLooking forward to visit in October again.

Owner Tenzin's nature is very good. Best Location. Our Room no.was 101(Room Size 10 x 10 approx). They provide us Small Room Heater and hot drinking water.
