Zangchuk Hotel And Restaurant

There was no exhaust or any outlet for air in bathroom. The bathroom door lock was broken. The wifi signal was very weak and not working most of the time. We ordered some food at the restaurant . That gave us food poisoning.nnEdited after reply of the hotel: the free Wi-Fi is for hotel guests. One is paying room charges and only then it's available. So, if the amenity is not hoto the mark a guest do have the right to complain. And the rest of your comment makes it clear what kind of a hotel you run.nnAsking for proof for food poisoning was too good dude!

This is the worst stay in whole spiti valley. The owner is so rude and arrogant. The rooms are never cleaned after check out. Cigarette buds, wrappers were all over in the room. The bathrooms are never cleaned. They promised to provide water in buckets but they would just ignore you and never provide water even for toilet purpose. The owner treats you like anything and is very rude. Just go through all his replies on any of the negative reviews by guests, the way he replied here is pathetic too. (YOU WILL GET YOUR ANSWER). Never stay here. There are many much better places like moustache,zostel,old monk,etc. But this is just pathetic and owner is a pyschopath.

The worst stay in kaza. the owner is very rude and unethical. they have no water in thr bathroom and never provides water in bucket also. The food is pathetic. The rooms are stinky!

Good property to stay,

WiFi was very weak and not working at all..the western toilet had no jet... No exhaust in washroom... However the view from balcony was amazing, room was well ventilated, the location is great, the staff members are polite
