Spiti Valley has its own culture which includes own food. This cafe is operated by Ishita who also runs NGO called Ecosphere which helps to develop sustainability in the valley.nnIf you want to have taste of authentic Spiti valley food then you go here. You must try the sandwich here, which comes in whole different kind of bread.nnIn case if you are looking to do some volunteer work then you should definitely check out Ecosphere. They have amazing volunteering plans.
