This is completely nuisance newspapers. It only publishes the news based on half sided facts, the editors of this newspaper never goes in depth to find the correct facts of the incident, which is mandatory for any fourth column of the Democracy! It was having larger base in the Hindi belt of the country but gradually loosing it’s larger base due to unprofessional, unethical approach of the editors of this newspaper! Never recommend to any of the guys to read the contents of this newspaper. I was reading this newspaper since 1990 but I have to switch over my preference to other newspapers due to unethical approach of editors of this newspaper!

I am sharing an honest review that none could have written because my relation with Rajasthan Patrika dates back to my school times. I have studied in Vidyasharam, Jaipur, for 5 years along with my elder sister during my father's posting there and my sister's classmate was Siddharth Kothari, the heir of the Patrika Group. Several years later, after completing my masters, I chose media as my career and was amazed to see the twist of fate, as after few years of experience, I got a job opportunity at Patrika in 2017 in marketing in Delhi NCR region. My sister well informed me and made me aware about the hardships I could face, since she had good market intelligence and the organisation she was working with, has closely worked with Rajasthan Patrika Group. Yes, its a small world. She told me that Siddharth Kothari has always been money-minded since school times and the company works like a government organisation. Well, I anyways still joined and I don't know why didn't I pay heed to my sister's advice.nnTo my surprise, let me tell you, the organisation is a complete mess. It is not employee friendly, the infra & IT dates back to 1970's era, automation is at the worst level, HR will make you join the organisation by lying about your compensation, management is so poor that it is difficult to even describe. There is no process, no professionalism, no inter-department communication, no mandate, no ideation and no long term goals of the company. The only thing company cares about is MONEY (as my sister said Siddharth is miser and money-minded). You will get a cut in your pay without any reason and there is no way you can ask someone for clarification.nnMoving on further, Siddharth's cousin, Saurabh Bhandari, who is of the same age and was also in the same class as Siddharth and my sister, has always been a sycophant (chaploos in Hindi). He is next to Siddharth in the management, but does not have the balls and the courage to go against him. Another person, Darpan Sharma, famously known as RJ Sufi of FM Tadka (also a part of Rajasthan Patrika Group), has been a school friend of Siddharth and Saurabh and remains on cloud 7 of god knows what.nnSiddharth has taken a once very good company to being one of the worst company. He actually thinks he is the God!! When you visit Jaipur office(Headquarters), people literally tremble by his presence. They leave their work, their food, their life and will rush to touch his feet. People have to consider his words as streak on a stone else they fear they might lose their job. Well, he doesn't know the reality and that there are thousands like him in a metro like Delhi. He needs a reality check big time.
