One of my favorite place to stay in Fort Kochi . Neatly maintained rooms. The ambience is great . The restaurant here serve delicious food too.

Location is good but on the other hand, otherwise Horrible place !!!nI had booked the room for a night to crash after walking the FortKochi for the whole day. The place looked clean and hence I was ok at first go.nBut when we went in for check in, the lady in there was on the phone the whole time and was updating that we also turned up so will give some ( other) economy room. This was a red flag. I didnt realise they had various variety of rooms in the first place and they still had few empty at that point. We requested only coffee by 6 pm as we had to leave early and they said they provide breakfast at 9 am rudely and nothing before that.nStill saw the room at 2nd floor, although bare bones, it looked ok and we were now stuck. Our night mare started later when we returned at 9 pm to sleep. There was no water in the bathroom and had to request the caretaker several times. And mosquitoes did not allow us to sleep overnight.nSame ordeal in the morning at 5 am there was not a drop of water.nlater at 6 am, when we were leaving, we asked the caretaker to switch on the lights so that we can go. ( new to the place and not sure where the switch was and he took good 5 minutes to even get up ). All this when we had clearly informed earlier.
