This is a gem in Kochi. The location is great. The room is wonderful and breakfast was amazing. They helped us with all sorts of things to do, like taking a cooking class. I would definitely comeback. Thank you to Dev and his wife and Shiny for all the wonderful help.

Very friendly owner and great homestay. We were met by Shiny, the manager of hhe homestay, she gave us a drink and fruit in arrival and explained places to visit and recommendations to eat etc. We chose a non ac room but in the evening it was really hot so asked if we could have the ac on. The ac in the room was not working so we were moved to a room with ac. This room was alot bigger than our first room. 2 beds, table and chairs, huge bathroom with hot water and a big balcony, all at no extra cost. We were very grateful for this. We ate breakfast which was great, traditional kerelan breakfast. We chatted with Dev the owner, he was very nice and friendly, his wife and shiny were all really nice. The homestay is in a great spot, you can get lost and walk down all the little streets and meet locals.

A quiet decent place. No frills. Clean and dry toilet. Clean linen. Friendly manager. Scooters are available for daily rent. We didn't take any food from the place, but the kitchen looked hygienic. Slightly far (~2 km) from the beach.
