Oak field location is excellent city Bus, metro station and railway station us near to this place.nFront office people are very cooperative.

If I could give a negative rating to this place I would, without hesitation. The room wasnt cleaned after the previous stay, the half emptied bottle and the wet smelly toilet said so. The service was bad, if I have to thank someone it would only be the room service guy who helped us to carry the luggage to the car after our visit was over. The receptionist was very rude. We regretting going there and would recommend no one to choose this place to go with family.

Very neat and tidy hotel, can get hot water shower, clean toilets, comfortable beds, provide drinking water, laundry, iron. But there is no compliments as its in paytm app or other hotel booking app.. Very near to ernakulam junction Railway Station.
