Yesterday I went to vennala post office to send a registered parcel the lady sitting in the parcel service is not at all helpfull . I give the parcel package and she started billing and last the bill amount was Rs 360 ,I wondered how it come rs 360 when I ask her about this ,then only she told that there are 2 type of registered parcel and she billed as her own wish with out asking me .nIt's a common thing to ask with the customer which kind of parcel they want. In Vennala post office this is not happening , she is not asking anything about this .

Good service, staffs are very friendly to customers... They have a good heart to help customers for filling forms. . Also fast service..

Good staffs.... speed servicen...but problem is this post office on 1st floor of the building.... a narrow staircase,nOld agers will difficult to climb this staircase....
