Pathetic staff, not answering any queries. They just doing time pass with customers and not interested in any business. Don't hire any thing from them..

Poor stuff... Bad Behaviour

Had a bad experience with the payment as they charged more than what they had initially told me. While picking up the car I was told that the rent is 1200 for an innova for a day and later while dropping off the car they told me that the rent is 1500. So I ended up paying more.. Please make sure to WhatsApp the rate information so it can be provided as proof later on.nThe car they had provided was ok in terms of car condition however there were a few issues.. The front glass of the innova was not clear, so it was difficult to drive at night. And the fact that it rained in the night made it really bad, I had to clean it many times to make it drivable..

I have been taking rent a car from CochinRentaCar from last 7 years and it has been an amazing experience when it comes to the amazing model cars and the rates.nnI don’t have to take any tension as they deliver the car for me at airport and can drop back at airport.
