I installed their app and searched for cars and after a few moments I received a call from customer care. They gave me a good offer means double the kilometers with same amount pretty affordable. I booked without any trouble and I got the vehicle with in 5 minutes from the scheduled pickup. The staff seems very polite and professional. The vehicle was in good condition, tyres were pretty new, interiors and exteriors were clean and the engine and other systems functioned well. I really appreciate the service.

Expensive rentals. But can use the same if no other options are available in front of you.

Vehicles are good. Delivery is ok.nBut thus service falls back in the most important department -----which is ----- transparency in the total billed amount.nnI had used this service more than once. All the time for initial books amount they show the details of split up ud83dudd3bud83dudd3bud83dudd3b But after the journey from the final amount they dont even show the split up.nnSo no clarity in how they charge us its very confusing.....( only they show the charge for petrol usage ) .....nnThe customers should get a better clarity in the amount they pay.....nnAlso when I had to change the drop off location from Thrissur to Ernakulam.... I had to call numerous times...more than 5 to 6 times..... During a journey its very difficult.
