Kerala Cars

The driver was very rude.The travel agent was unprofessional.nnWe travelled to kerala on 17th Feb to attend a marriage.We stayed in Nattika Beach resort which is 25 kms away from Thrissur on state high way.nThe driver took a long route deliberately and took 1h 30 min to reach the destination. We missed the marriage for which we travelled all the way from Hyderabad.nActually we booked car for 5 days. But we decided to drop this travel agent and booked another car.nnI strongly not recommend this travel agent to anybody

We booked the car from 26 july to 2 aug 2015 from airport to munnar hotel everything was fine and that night driver is sending forwards on my whats app which is not acceptable that too late at 11 pm. Me and my husband decided not to tell him directly and will talk to travel agent Martin. The drivers name is DIPU and he was pathetic he want us to do everything according to his conviency. We should get up early as per him and end the day at 6 pm because after that he will not drive not even for dinner. If we say stop somewere he wont do it and rather will stop where he want to.. We had a bad fight with him on our vist to kumarkom. He told us to start early we came late so he got so angry just because he woke up early and the whole trip he drove at 120 speed and suddenly that day he realized that he have to follow driver rules and drive 80 ka speed. And he is saying 'Mai koi machine nai hoon jo pura din aapke liye drive karunga' these are the words of the driver. And plus my husband told him sorry so he will atleast drive fast and we can reach ealry but his ego was so big that he says madam ne sorry kyu nai bola. This was the attitude of the driver. He use to drive from 10 am to 6 pm that also with breaks so hardly 8 hrs and that was alternate days drive when we had to reach other placr. We had a terrible fight with him. I will strongly not recommend this agency plus the driver. His name is DIPU. Pls if u are hiring him dont share your wifes or any female numbers. Because he will be defensive and says I was not aware that it was madams number and i send good night message to all my client. Pls tell the driver to learn some etiquettes how to treat your client, his EGO was so big and i would have slapped him for his behaviour.
