Totally unprofessional customer service!nI bought a laptop from these fraudsters and it was a faulty one.nWhen i rang them up to complain about it, they were shouting at me as if it was my fault!!nRidiculous enough huh!!!nnDear people, please dont visit this shop ever in your life.

Bought a HP computer from here sales representatives Thashreef and Tony BUNCH OF REAL FRAUDS BEWARE. Got a defective system didn't gave us replacement giving lame excuses by changing parts in the first 14 days now the system is again showing issues which we are forced to depend on HP service center to get it solved. Spend a lot of money on this device but total waste.

Pls guys don’t visit this shop even accidentally Worst dealers & unprofessional staffsnThese guys have no idea about what they are selling .nLast week I have purchased a laptop from this outlet buy seeing an add in a newspaper and I called to the customer centre to know the price & offer dealsnBt when I reached the shop I started to see the real face of this fraudsn*price difference - I already called & asked about the price of a particular model i was looking for & when i reached there the price difference of 750n*offer product -first they r not willing to give the product & they r saying if I want that product I have to pay additional 1000rs for the product which they advertised as free with laptopn* extend warranty- the shop told me to do my own to extend warranty through a HP link bt I couldn’t make it so l came back to the shop and told about this problem the salesman said that it’s not there problem it’s your headache you have to contact HP not to usnnSo ,now I’m planning to put a case against them in consumer court ud83dude07

such horrible service and poor customer service. had to literally call a 100 times least before they come and fix their product( dont even get me started on their customer service).nIts a disaster buying things from them.nnever recommended
