I really cnt understand why some people have put good collections of birds where I can hardly find one species of fish and 5 species of bird, which are Kolkata birds . Cheep quality birds . They won't last long , birds die within a month or eggs don't hatch . You may find low rate but for sure your money will be lost . Always think if someone gets something is low the quality will be low no one will give even a rupee free so think . Moreover very bad customer service, dosent know to deal with customers , rude guy . Dosent even think it's customer and act accordingly. If you have value for your money don't go . Only very few birds and fighter males only . No collection also .

This place once had a good collection of Guppys at comparatively lower prices among other fishes and a few birds. But the shop was a bit shabby, back then.nNow, they redesigned the place and raised the prices too much. Prices literally went up 3 times or more.nNot many fishes to choose from now, and customer handling is very unpleasant, almost like they don't even have to sell anything, anymore.nVery over priced. And the collection diminished. The place looks a lot better, cleaner and organised. But lost the key point - business.

Very bad customer management. The guy who is in the shop is very rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. They just have some male fighter fishes and some guppies along with minimal collection of doves, jawa and love birds. It’s nothing but waste of time to visit the shop.

Very rude dealing

It's a better place where you will get aquarium supplies and birds at a very cheap rate or at very low cost. For the price I'll give 5 stars .nBut when it comes to the case of cleanliness and hygiene, it's very bad.nThe store is situated in a small space but noticeable since the bird cages are placed near to the road.nAnd about the storekeeper, he doesn't know when will be the next order of supply comes. He might be giving advices but the way he convey is very bad or his action of talk is bit rude. You will get pets at low rate but cleanliness is also a big part in petting.
