Rooms are very small.There are steps in room which I have never seen in any hotel.Anybody can fall.Hot water is also not available 24 hrs.Not at all of level of 4 star hotel.Bad experience

It is a nice place to stay around Dal lake and the famous gardens of Srinagar. The rooms are good and the food of the restaurant is really good. Good hospitality. The garden in the center is a lovely place to soak in sun, sip tea or have a bonfire night.

Staying at Heevan Heritage definitely added value to my holiday experience in Kashmir! One of the best hotels I’ve come across so far. I was dwelled by the hospitality of the staff, the exquisite interiors and the most delicious food prepared by Chef Ali.nI must add this one- Best Phirni I ever had!nHighly recommend this place if you’re planning to visit Srinagar.

The food in the restaurant was Amazing. The Kebabs are the best in town. Overall its a great place to visit.
