Oh man.. this is heaven on Earth. The Nigeen lake is so quiet and peaceful and the view of the enormous ranges in the back. Spectacular sunrises. Warm hospitality. You cannot go wrong.

Wonder place to stay. It's a totally different experience for me. The wood which is used to make this house boat..it's fragrance is all over the boat once we get it

Amazing hospitality! Loved the personal attention from the caretakers. Breakfast was simple and nice! The rooms and amenities inside this boat were comparable to a 5 star hotel if not better. The shikara ride through the lotus gardens and small villages is a must. It was the best part of my 5 day trip in Kashmir.

This houseboat is so quaint and pretty resembles the authentic Kashmiri design and artisana. If one happens to be in Kashmir, I recommend to spend at least one night. The service is good and the food is very good. True Kashmiri cuisine. The views are spectacular. The lake and the little boats

Booked this palce for 4 nights. Clean and fresh. But what I didnt like is the host was all the time talking to us constantly during our breakfast and dinner and hinting about tips and tips...I expected some privacy but this fellas...this houseboat was narrating on tips and tips... no doubt the food was good. I guess they depend so much on tourist tips. Hated it. Be prepared . No more Kashmir!
