Boat is perfectly ok and their behavior was also very very polite.nI have stayed there one night with my parents it was a great stay I must say.nOnly few hurdles we faced like no power was there whole night and food was also not up to the mark.

I booked for 2 nights and ended up staying a week.great spot with an amazing view extremely attentive staff.the owner Mr Adil great man.one of the best or (may be even the best place to stay in srinagar) calm in the middle of nature can't wait to stay at kings houseboats. We just had a wonderful trip.thanks and god bless you all

its a very good property with a really good view of the kashmir valley and good service. good location less crowded however a little away from the city but a thats the good part. best for a holiday with family

Everyone here can speak good English. The owners and staff here are well mannered... Located at very serene place.. Nagheen lake not in the hauspaus of dal lake...they can arrange you for rest of the tour with their n at cheaper prices than others
