Hotel Harwan Resorts

We r 20 person 7 family stay at harwan resort in may 6th to 10th may 2018. This is not hotel only rooms r good but his care taker Abdul chek ladies cloth.They are provide Break fast tea only one cup, fix limited breakfast limited dinner in MAP plan, or limited WiFi facility for only 8 mobile. They are not provide hot water in morning time. I am travel agentnS H TRAVELS AT AHMEDABAD. Please ignore this hotel Abdul always not listen any complaints. 4 days they not clean the toilet. Staff members they never change their dress may be change their clothes in weekly. only two employees and 1 cook but very worst food they provide, we can't eat. they deliver half cook food so u can't take dinner completely. Don't stay there, The travel agent rafik may be owner of this hotel, his office near dal lake, He is cheater. worst service waste our money they use chicken pice next day, one dinner for one person only but they give one piece of chicken. or mutton. they first serve dal rice or roti last they serve nonveg food. one day in morning time in breakfast Allu paratha but firstnU have to find Allu from parotha this big quiz.nThey don't serve drinking natural water they told kashmir water supply not provide good water, it harmful for you so u always drink mineral water bottle. Per bottle charge Rs 30 to 40 not fix. worst worst to stay, this is not a resort or hotel this is bakhil lodge. (bakhil Arabic words)nThis meaning kanjus never never stay there u has to purchase anything medicine or biscuit u have to go 1 km from hotel

Good rooms. Service is good. Eating experince is average. They have limited food options, fixed menu. Staff is supportive. Overall experience is good.

Very good rooms and neatly maintained. Cooperative staff. Food was really good. Booked this hotel this Srinagar tourism and I would recommend this hotel for stay.
