One word Royality !!!nHave never seen a houseboat like this. They make you feel like Kings/queens. Nice food. Very courteous. Calm and very beautiful location. Must visit in Srinagar

The best house boat. Location and view is awesome. Better then staying at dal lake. The service was also very good. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to spend a couple of nights. It would be a very enriching experience and a unique one. The management team is very friendly. Only thing they need to work on is to prevent friendly but quite aggressive salesmen pushing their way no matter what.
