We have the best time staying in Akbar Group of Heritage Houseboats in Oct'20. Mr.Adnan is very hospitable and friendly. Team members are very cordial and courteous. We felt as we are living in luxury and warm ambience, location wise it is the best place to stay in Nigeen Lake, Srinagar.nnWe would love to come back and stay here again and also highly recommend it to our friends and families.nnWarm RegardsnnSonianLucknow

The Akbar houseboat exceeded all our expectations we were made to feel welcome as soon as we boarded the houseboat . The facilities on the boat were excellent. As was the quality and quantity plus variety of food from start to finish on the house boat. Mr ADNAN was an excellent guide and his hospitality was great , it is worth ud83dude0aud83dude0a

Excellent location and beautiful houseboat with heritage amenities , looks like a palace inside ... I and my family they love to stay at houseboat and houseboat it's 100 times better then hotels in Kashmir...nHighly recommended this Houseboat Akbar Group Of Heritage .nWe will return back to stay this place and offer to all customers, whom want stay at Kashmir.. this is the place for relaxing and enjoyable place to stay...

Absolutely lovely experience. Very friendly and informative staff .nLovely houseboat . A nice relaxing place,nMr ADNAN was very good at telling us details about the houseboat .nWonderful breakfast , dinner and tea on board. Very very nice, we felt very pampered and so well taken care off .nnWill be back again for sure!!!!nThank you team Akbar group...

This place it's heaven on earth , we really enjoyed this place.. Mr. Adnan , he caring us like a family members and his hospitality was the best . The food what we ate , it was delicious and taste..nThe houseboat it's beautiful design of handmade full of Kashmiri art and the bathrooms was so clean ... It was our stay like a home away from home ..nWe will return back and stay at same Houseboat Akbar Group..nWe really miss our second home at Kashmir and waiting for next trip ...nHighly recommend this property..
