Room's are little congested, but the place is very clean and service are also great. Food are very expensive.

I stayed here during this duration of corona and i dont find this hotel for value of money ,and also they didnt give me any assurance that room was perfectly sanitised or not ,neither they sanitised infront of me ,inaddition to that i didnt find bedsheets are cleannnP.S- Never book this hotel or any other hotel via agoda portal because there is no customer service from agoda who can look after your concern,as i have booked my stay with breakfast but hotel refused to serve me breakfast ,becoz according to them they didnt receive any such information from agoda and my booking is only for stay.

Need to give some training to receptionist girl Janvi (How to behave with customers) as she her attitude and tune was too much rude towards customers if your at service industry u need to serve customers with the smile not with wrong attitude.nnOverall Hotel Experience was good, nice room and service also but excluded that receptionist girl.nI am giving 1 star because of that only otherwise i would have been given 5 star rating for service and hotel
