Comfortable and homely stay. The rooms could be air conditioned for better comfort.nnThe owner is a true gentleman having arranged for a room on the ground floor itself.nnMy brief stay was very satisfying, the staff was genial and appreciate their help.nnMy concern was with the TV. It didn't work at all. Some technical fault which they couldn't remedy.nnThe rooms are bit stinky. Perhaps they should use room freshners or Agarbattis as they use in their front office. Nice fragrance.nnI would definitely visit Hotel Homeland during my future visits to Pune.

A decent hotel at reasonable price just near the pune juntion railway station. Lots of commuting options including auto, buses, trains, cabs. If you are looking for a short stay in pune at reasonable price then homeland is the right choice. Staff is very well mannered and systematic. Rooms are clean and worth the tarriff.
