The drive to/from Nagpur to Zilpi lake makes it a pleasant weekend long drive. However, there is nothing much to do here. An hour of visit should be sufficient.nnTechnically, it is a dam. But the actual dam is very small considering the size of the lake.

Good view but facilities such as drinking water and washrooms were not properly available.

The place is really beautiful. Not to mention, its a little extra crowded with local Heroes. I am taking 1 star off as I couldn't observe single security personnel to care for visitors safety and prevent possible heroic charades. Authorities to care on this point!

A very nice lake and dam to visit with family. The sunset is mesmerizing here.

I would have given it a five star had it been kept clean void of plastic junk some what littered . The spot is very good for a picnic lots of tree shade for a quick family outing. Place is beautiful. Take some home cooked food picnic mat and you can spend few hours enjoying the nature while your kids have fun.
