The very popular enclosure for birds in Nandankanan. One can find different types of birds here as there are so many species of them. Some birds are kept in cages and some are on the trees inside the cage. You can see both flying & flightless birds here. Just go & live with them!!!ud83dudd4aufe0fud83dudc26ud83eudd83

Most beautiful place in Nandankanan zoo. You can clearly see many types of birds inside this cage. You can enter this cage also. Birds chirping about a feet away from you. You will feel close to the nature here. Artificial but feels natural. They have a water fountain, a small pond for ducks , small trees, beautiful water streams. Absolutely lovely place.

Water should be regularly changed, it's some time smells too bad due to the fish and bird excreta. Lovely experience of pelican, heron, grey heron, black crowned night heron, stock, painted stork, white stork , spoon bill and some local fishing bird like cormorant, white heron etc. All llive together within the aviary.
