A lesser known viewpoint surrounding lush green landscape and the majestic river Mahanadi.nReaching the spot is an offroad adventure and is off-limits for cars as the narrow terrain is hardly motorable unless you own some specialized trekkers. The best way to reach is to cycle, walk or motocross. Once you reach the foothills, you can either climb up the hill or go up the stairs of the adjoining Siddheswar Temple and view the scenery and the rock engravings and come back to sit and enjoy the black soil lined up by the river bed. The spot is quiet, breezy and serene.nIt is also famous for peacock sightings and it is highly advised to not litter or disturb the natural ecosystem.

The road is not a very safe path, but the view is worth the risk.
