Well I have a very good experience with these guys. Especially with Mr Tapas. I must say he is very polite and decent while answering the queries. The cars available are good at conditions and bit cheaper than other service providers. However the fleet Manager speaks very rudely. I only reduced one star just because of him. When I will visit Bhubaneswar next onwards I will definitely book Tooros again. Kudos Team, keep up the good work.nnRegards,nRabi
